Service 04 · Licensed agents
Agent platform
A CRM that understands that a household is one record, a policy is an event on it, and the commission is a stream you have to audit.

What is included
Everything, itemised
No tiers, no upsell, no "premium" version of the same conversation. This is the whole service.
- Household-level records with every policy, dependant, note and consent on one page
- Side-by-side quoting with the subsidy applied live, and provider and formulary matching built in
- Commission reconciliation against carrier statements, with a queue for policies in force and unpaid
- Renewal desk ranked by exposure rather than alphabetically, rebuilt when the benchmark moves
- FFM registration, licence and appointment tracking with hard gates rather than soft warnings
- Full export of the book, any day, in a machine-readable format, with no exit fee
How it runs
Four steps, in this order
The order is the method. Reversing it is how most comparisons go wrong.
- 01
Export
Whatever you have. CSV, an AgencyBloc dump, or a folder of carrier commission statements.
- 02
Normalise
Policies collapse into households. Duplicates surface. Nothing is discarded silently.
- 03
Reconcile
Every policy matched to a carrier payment. What does not match becomes a work queue, not a footnote.
- 04
Run
Quoting, renewals and compliance from one desk, through the first Open Enrollment and past it.
OutcomeA book you can value, audit and export - and commission you can prove you were paid.
Frequently asked
About this service
You export whatever you have - a CSV, an AgencyBloc dump, or a stack of carrier commission statements - and the desk normalises it into household records, reconciles it against the carrier statements line by line, and hands back a list of anything that did not match. Median completion is six business days. Consent records and notes carry across; nothing is silently dropped.
No. Ledger & Co charges a flat platform fee per household per year and never touches the commission stream. Carrier payments go to your NPN, on the carrier's own schedule, and the reconciliation queue exists to make sure they arrive in full. If we took a percentage, our incentive would be to grow your book rather than to keep it.
You do. Full export in a machine-readable format is available every day of the contract, including consent records and the note log, and there is no exit fee and no notice period on export. A platform that holds your book hostage is competing on lock-in rather than on the product.
The quoting desk locks for that agent until registration is restored. There is no override and no supervisor path, because assisting with a Marketplace enrolment without current registration is not a policy question. The platform warns at 60, 30 and 7 days out.

The fastest way to evaluate the platform is against your real data. Migration takes a median of six business days, and your book stays yours throughout.
